From Room 2048, U.S. Spy Headquarters, Bart Regan and Sally Norris are instructed to see if the disaster had been caused by sabotage. While Regan worries that learning the truth will be 'no simple matter', Norris says she will capture the perpetrator 'armed only with a power-puff'.
